I also play DDpoker2 (also known as "No Limit Texas Hold 'Em: Tournament Edition 2006"). You can download a demo and/or register it from
http://www.ddpoker.com. The creators of it are constantly improving the ai, it tracks stats pretty well (keeps every hand you've ever played on file) and you can play online (for free, although you can set up private games and presumably send each other money externally). It's the best I've found (for PC of course).
* Note that in demo mode, you'll get dealt the same hands in the same order every time you start, but I think you can join online games even with the demo *
