Noel,
I need to figure out how to do that connecting bridge as well. That's
crazy! Looks like it's defying the laws of physics or something. Also, props on the Doublewood. That's my "everyday" whisky.
Here are two fairly recent ones.
There are the three bridges connecting the opposing stacks together, the full double ring on top of it all, and a stack on top of the topmost bridge.
This one is not so much a true tower, but it was fun and challenging.
Six bridges on the bottom, four on top of those, two on those topped by a final span. I was about to but a stack on top of the upper bridge and stopped a half-inch from placing the stack when a little voice in my head said to take a picture. I took this, and in the process of adding the stack, the whole lot came crashing down! This one took close to three hours, and I did it after disassembling the stacks and bridges above.
I'd like to find a big and very stable table to do a 12-9-6-4-2-1 version of this. (think, this on top of two additional sets of bridges).
