Chips: 884 | | | Re: What % of Poker Players Do Tricks With Their Chips? I wish I never learned how to shuffle chips, twirl chips through my fingers, roll chips thought the felt, chip flip, knuckle roll, all that good stuff because I can't stop doing it. It's a curse don't ever learn. |

Wow - so I guess a number of poker players (at least ones who voted on the poll) tend to shuffle / do chip tricks at the table. I guess this makes sense. Does anyone do it to intimidate others (which I guess it wouldn't if you were playing online & had your own side stash of chips) or is that not what it is about? |

This is because I'm constantly doing them when I'm not playing...it's become 2nd nature. If I'm not doing them at the table, something else will creep in and distract me. So, I almost have to do it to stay focused.
