I used a TCS Huxley $20 oval plaque for this video:

my measurements came to 68mm(2.6")at the longest point, 43mm(1.7") at the widest point.

the video on my comp is quicktime, I'm going to attempt to reload it to a different site later, in order to achieve better quality.
