<BRAG> I can do a twirl!

Well, most of the time. I swear I've sat here for 12 hours practicing so far... I'm not very good at chip tricks

My left hand can shuffle a stack of 10 most of the time now, and it can do the drop-out/slip-in precursor to the twirl. I figure I'll make myself practice every trick I learn with both hands.

Do you finish with a twist or with a pinch?

Twirls... 12 hours!?
I am sure a line is going to start forming shortly.

Re: <BRAG> I can do a twirl!

I am jealous. I've been trying the twirl for a while now and I can get it maybe 20% of the time now but I'm not even close to sliding the chip back in properly

Re: <BRAG> I can do a twirl!

Congrats, smoore; that was a very difficult trick for me to get at first (and I haven't yet tried it with my left hand). Just wait till you discover the twirl lift. Good times...

Re: <BRAG> I can do a twirl!

UGH... I suck at it tonight. I could do it great this morning. Maybe my fingers are tired.

too much pinch.

edit: might just have needed to warm up.

some tips for everyone trying to get it... learn how to drop it out and slip it back in reliably, then try the twirl. I couldn't get the twirl part down until the back of my middle (twirling) finger ended up flat on the chip, BINGO.

hehe, yeah Chip Tricks are very addictive.

Just keep practicing smoore, i doesnt matter how long it takes to get a trick down.

anyone who learnes chip tricks has to be very patient, mabye it takes 1 hour or 12 hours to learn a trick, it really doesnt matter as long as you have fun doing it.
