2+2 chip stacks -- a challenge

A thread below on chip's stacking ability reminded me of an old 2+2 thread to which many familiar CT names contributed. Tried to find it (2+2 searching is an art that I have not mastered) -- asked for 2+2 help -- and it was found!!

For your amusement -- the link: http://archiveserver.twoplustwo.com/...=&page=66&vc=1

Very funny thread. And now I wonder whether the 2+2 record of 380 chips stacked can be beaten. Most of the "real" chip fanatics from 2+2 are now here, so how about it boys? Let's see some ChipTalk stacks!!

Heh.
I remember that thread.. Yeah many 2+2 names are familiar faces here. Just like the Chip Forum on THP.

Re: 2+2 chip stacks -- a challenge

it would appear that the floor in that exact spot is leaned just ever so slightly to the right.

if you find a perfectly level spot you should be able to go higher. Faux Clay rock the hut.

dude, when you post several times a day, it makes me feel like you're really back. are you? i mean really really?

my floors aren't really level anywhere due to the shoddy rehab job done last fall...but the search for a level spot will continue as soon as someone goes over 300...

Re: 2+2 chip stacks -- a challenge

Oh man, that's an easy answer....

MAYBE!

Seriously though, I was spending FAR too much time on messageboards so I first cut out chiptalk entirely and noticed that I was just posting on 2+2 too much. Every post I make is one less hand I can play online.

I've just completed a week+ break from posting on 2+2 and today when I did it just felt empty. Perhaps I'm working through my addiction. I used to be completely addicted to IRC, autologging onto four networks and 12 channels, spending all my free time watching or typing. This is a bad thing.

Re: 2+2 chip stacks -- a challenge

I've had my Sporano's at 180, but didn't get a pic of it.

I do, however, have it at 140 (150 if you count the bottom 'stabalizer')
