This image uses 7259 chips. Each chip is 60x60 pixels (in the full resolution version). That's A1 size at 300DPI.
OK, can you now do one using 7259 actual chips? Might make a really nice pyramid structure so it becomes 3-D as well. Might need a few more chips for the 3-D version though.
