I don't remember what I used. I eyeballed it because I didn't have an exact match. If anyone is interested I can post the illustrator source files and you can make any changes you like. I also have Chesterfields.

This file is a sample sheet and contains a few of each denomination. You should be able to 'degroup' them and work on the various layers. If you have a problem let me know.
