I believe I found the solution to this to be buying them already customized with your graphic.

Putting on 3200 labels made me wince. It was a part of the bail of straws that broke my back from the group buy to full custom.

yster, I think you did the right thing. Putting labels on that amount of chips would be no fun.

Trying to put chip labels on while assisted by a naked lady would probably only lengthen the process.
