Actually I'd prefer the Blue Chip flame chips for labels, either solid or with spots, if the company were a bit more reliable and would exercise the same kind of quality control that they do with the casino products. While their lighter weight won't appeal to some of the casino wannabees, they are more managable in larger volumes, and even usable if you're playing on a hard surface like a wooden kitchen table (recommend a pad to prevent dents in the table with heavier chips).

I got some of their blank flame patterns and they have about a 1/1/8" diameter recess that accommodates a label very well. Probably the only compression molded chip that can be easily labeled. The inlays on these chips are usually molded right into the chip itself under high pressure and temperature rather than sitting on the surface.
