Worldlabel actually just acts as an agent for http:www.onlinelabels.com . Any inquires directed to worldlabels will go to onlinelabels for processing or response, so you can go to either site to contact onlinelabels (their real name is Consolidated Labels).

I used the matte clear labels from onlinelabels.com, and I am very satisfied.
