help choose chips for labeling (paging Fish72!)

I'm starting an edge-spotted relabeling project. didn't even intend to, but I saw some chips on ebay I thought could be interesting so away we go...

I bought 100 Diamondback $1 chips. Probably label those as $.25
I'll probably add Kenmore Lanes blue w/pink edge spots $1s and label them as $1

I'm open to suggestions for an RHC red to use as a $5 and one more interesting color (perhaps black, yellow or pink) to use as a $20? I'd like to keep them cheap, like $30 - $50/rack. I'm not looking to invest a lot, plus I'm not too high on relabeling a very rare or expensive chip.

oh...the reason I called out Fish72, I saw the Fish & Donkey set. Really liked the $5 chip and wanted to know which one that is?

Thanks for the compliment. Like Mark said, they are the Tukwilla $5's. I like the way they turned out but it was really tough to put a label over such a nice chip.
I think you are right on with RHC mold. They have a nice big flat inlay area but you need to make sure there is enough recess for the label. The kenmore lanes chips will take a label but just barely. Not a bad choice for the money though. Personally I'd use them for the quarters since the diamondback $1s are in better condition. For the $5 chips I would recommend the Treasure $5s if you can find them. I sold some a few months ago that I was going to label but changed my mind. The $5 diamondbacks would work nicely too.
Good luck and be sure to post some pictures.

Understatement of the year.

Also criminal act of the year, IMO. That's like putting Roseanne Barr's face on a nude portrait of Halle Berry.

No wonder you'd like to change your CT name, Greg.

as I consider building the rest of the set I'm having heated arguments inside my own head. "OOOH, [insert beautiful chip here]. They would be a great $5...beautiful! Buy them! NO! You can't put a sticker on that chip! Look at that thing. Its too pretty. And the guys on Chiptalk will kill you!"

T-minus 30 days to full blown insanity.

Re: help choose chips for labeling (paging Fish72!)

Here are the mockups of the labels I created. I sent them off to Chipshippie for some fine tuning. thanks to Spazhead for the base images from his albums, hope he doesn't mind, but those are the best shots around!

I have:

200 diamondback $1s as $.25s
100 Bremerton $1s as $1s (would like to add another rack)
100 twain $5s as $5s (tough to label them, but I allowed myself one splurge. They were very fairly priced, just going to be hard to cover up. I may shop for a substitute $5)

So, I'm seeking the Bremerton $100 which I really love in this set. Also want to add a green, purple and yellow. Any suggestions? Must be RHC, and not "collectible grade". I figure it may take about 10 years but I'll keep searching!
