label+faux clays

I worked with Hogwild and I received my labels at least. I never receveid the first one he sent : the postmail service is really frustrating.

But now I'm really happy with faux !!!

This custom ChipTalk link is built to show you only the real deal: Casino quality poker chips; Not the plastic chips that some sellers call "clay."

Re: label+faux clays

Those look great. I'm working with him now to get my label ready to print so hopefully in the coming weeks I'll have some to show off as well.

Question about your application process...did you use alcohol to swab the face of the chip and let it dry before you applied the labels? I've heard it recommended, but I've got about 1500 chips to label (50 person tourney set), so I'd rather not have to!

Once again, great set!

Jack

***thread jack*** I did mine 3 years ago 1000 chips with paper labels printed at home and sprayed with a clear waterproofer. I carved off the dimple and "painted" the white mark with color matched sharpies as per some thread along time ago so there was no air gap under the label. Did not wipe with alcohol. They still look great and haven't lost a label. These are now my travel set and get abused terribly and they are fine. I even left them in a hot car a couple times in the case/thread jack
