What type of overaly are on the Paulson New Yorker's and Vineyards? Are they applied in the manufacturing process? Or are they applied after the chips are completed? Is it possible to do a similar overlay on other types of chips? If you look at the paulson chips the hat and cane are defined even in the overlay area. Any guidance or expertise would be helpful. They are done during manufacturing, heated and pressed into the chip. The inlay becomes a part of the chip that is not removable unless you break the whole thing. The closest you can come to with a giant inlay that is customizable and replaceable is the new NexGen chips that have a 1.25" recess for custom labels.
