How do you create and save a clip art

I want to make some labels for a friends wedding simular to the above samples. I lost the software that I used to use and only have this cheap labeling software that is not very powerfull. I was wondering where I could find or how to create a clip art of the center Married in Vegas sign. I would like to create a background color drag this clipart in and add text. Thanks in advance, stonker.

Grab the lastest version of Inkscape. Pretty much a free version of Adobe Illustrator. Easy to use, free.

Nice win, hope you did equally as well last night.

My PC is old and locks up when I try the link you posted.

I had Microsoft Picture It 2001 Premium and liked using it. It was easy to use for a simple mind like myself.

My C:\ drive was so full I wasn't able to save files so I uninstalled it thinking I could reinstall it on my D:\ drive. Now I can't find the original disks.
