Chips: 1,129 | | | 43mm St.Charles NCV Has anyone had any experience with labeling these? I have some inbound and I am trying to decide what to do with them exactly. Does the chip have a recess around/in the inlay as it appears? Does anyone make labels that big? I dropped a note to hog wild but I was not sure...Thanks for any help | | Sponsored Links | |

Chips: 647 | | Re: 43mm St.Charles NCV The chips do have a recess and although I have not labeled mine I have heard of that being done with great success. One thing I should point out is that the lettering does go a little outside the recess area but not by much. I have some and will be getting some more as soon as I can get the rest of the money up for them. I like them a lot just the way they are but I do understand that the label does leave something to be desired for others. There was even a thread, and I got a PM from another member saying that they bend like rubber and are just terrible. I do not agree at all. Mine are in mint condition and are just as solid as any other Paulson chips I have. As far as the color goes I absolutely love the Baby Blue color, and as far as the label goes, yes its simple but that is what I like about it and the fact that these are over sized and NCV are perfect for my plans. I hope to build an all Paulson chip set with the St. Charles and the even larger Winners Club as the larger denom chips. I would love to hear what you think of them after you get them. |

and lasered: http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/506375-post63.html
for the labeled ones, had to go smaller so not to mess with the 'casino st charles' wording around the outside. |

looks good miandish - did the labels fit right into the recess of the chip? what size did you use? - is it possible for the label to cover the whole chip? |

Chips: 74 | | | Re: 43mm St.Charles NCV IIRC, i used a 1" paper label and they fit in the recess. covering the whole chips will give you stacking issues - not to mention, having trouble applying label down over the lip of the recess.
if you want to label, bets bet is to go smaller than the recess and color match the label to the white in the inlay. this way your label will still allow the wording to show.
between label and lazer, i preferred the lazering. Quote:
