Chipco can do this directly when you order them. I e-mailed them a while back about this, and here's some numbers they gave me:
A custom die from them is $125
Each stamp is $0.06 per side
If you wanted denominations on the other side, it costs $5 per die change over.
If ordering from Chipco, there is a minimum order of 2500 chips, but Ralph told me they are known to accept some with a few less.

I had heard that Chipco will sell them new with hot stamps, but I'd like to send in the 800 or so that already own for stamping. Thanks for the e-mail...I'll check to see if that's an option.
