Alright there's no sticky in this forum so I'd figure I'd ask. Sorry if this information is located somewhere and I missed it. Well I have designed my own label for NEXGEN's with photoshop. I think I have figured out where I'm buying the chips but I need to figure out where is the best place to buy the labels. So I ask, who is the best person for the combination of quality and price to purchase the labels from?

Second, once I do get the labels I've heard thing about people oiling chips and such, once I apply the labels, what is the next step do I oil them? Please inform me, again sorry for being uninformed.

Get the labels from CT member HogWild at PersonalPokerChips.com (it's in the Market Place area, he's a sponsor). Top quality vinyl labels at a good price.
BTW - have you considered FAUX CLAY instead of Nexgen?

I would get my labels and chips from Hog, I think his Nexgen prices are pretty darn competative. Also, don't oil your Nexgens. Just don't. Don't ask why, just don't.

I did a review of the labels I got from Jason at Hogwild, but I'm too lazy to track down the link yet again. Nevertheless, you can't go wrong by doing business with him.

P.S. You only oil clay chips. Your Nexgens won't need it, so you don't have to worry about that step. You'll spend about the same amount of time applying the labels to the chips though.
