I labeled my chips awhile back with labels from hogwild. Recently got some extra chips and have a few spare labels but not enough and there are also 25 orange chips which are a new color for me. I have a psd file with old labels and the new 5K orange, but only need 330 labels total. Don't need to buy another 1000 labels.
How easy is it to print them yourself?
On paper labels it's probably pretty easy. I don't think you'll be able to print on vinyl at home. Either way they might not exactly match the professionally done ones. Did you talk to HogWild about doing a smaller run?

This wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be. Just an FYI.
Getting ALL the labels aligned on EVERY sheet turned out to be very difficult and I ended up wasting not only a lot of labels, but also a lot of printer ink.
Big Mike's right on: ask HogWild about running a smaller job.
I agree with links... i'm a pretty savvy guy, and even have a production quality printer, and sitll found this very frustrating... by the time you count in all the wasted ink and labels (i used 5 colors on 1000 chips), as well as the frustration -- may as well have had them done by one of the printers...
they came out great, and just as I had envisioned, but now I can't line up my last 200 to save my life -- so i'm probably going to end up having them redone anyway... luckily i used onlinelabels, and only spent 50.00 or so on the vinyls... so replacing them with some from Hogwild won't hurt too bad...
i would suggest just seeing if he can give you a smaller run, seeing as how its a fill in of a previous order... he might be so inclined.

Thanks!
What color code did you use for the new orange chips?
I done my own lables on one big sheet. I've tried the sheets with the circles on them (still have a lot left). Very difficult to get them aligned
What I did was print them on one big sticker sheet and use a 1" hole punch around each one. A little more time but saves time from having to try to match each circle.
Thanks for all feedback. I have contacted hogwild about doing a small label run.
Printing on a solid sheet and the punching out the label is a good idea. Easier to align the cutter that the printer.
To get the orange color - i scanned the chip and used the dropper to pick the color off an image. Not the pro way but it did the job - #faa14d is the hex value color i got.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I assume that is for the chip color, did you get anything for the edge spot color?
