Question Paulson Top Hat labels (for a Nexgen chip)

Does anyone know if there is a website that sells lables that are close to the lables on the Top Hats?

http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/palmim...t=shaped+label

Thanks.

The same one who is selling these chips sells labels. That's probably your best bet.

Right....those are faux shaped labels, like the ones I posted above. The labels themselves aren't actually punched shapes, the shape is printed on the round label itself and the background color is set to match the CKMY tones of the chips.

I didn't know what a "faux label" was... in any case, do you know if there is a way to get the labels cut that way?

Small scissors and a whole lot of time.

Yes you can get shaped labels.

Here are some samples

http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/custom...bels-asms.html

You can search CT for either rippedsheets or shaped labels and should get some hits.

Re: Paulson Top Hat labels (for a Nexgen chip)

It seems to me that with the shaped label, the more corners and edges your label has the more likely they'll get caught/snagged/peeled/etc.

Others that have used them may be able to post experience to the contrary, but that's the first thing that comes to mind as a reason to go the "faux shaped" route.
