*** Help/Advice on Preparing NEXGENs for Labeling ***
I've just got my "Bees" and custom labels and am preparing to begin appealing the labels to the chips. When I open the chip case I noticed that the chips themselves had picked up a fine layer of green felt dust from the case itself. Obviously I need to clean the chips up before appealing the label, so can anybody offer any hints, tips or advice on preparing NEXGEN chips for labeling?

If they just have felt dust on them, I would imagine just dusting them with a clean dry cloth would be sufficient. Could use a damp cloth if you want, I'm sure, because by the time you're done wiping them down, the first ones will surely be dry. If it were me, though, I'd probably just use a dry cloth.

Okay. Thanks for that.

I didn't really do anything to mine before labeling. I did run my thumb over the label area just to be sure there was nothing on there before applying the label. They have been stuck for a couple of years now with no peeling or lifting of any labels.
