Hate to break it to you but CMYK values do not map to real-life colours. The reproduction of a given CMYK colour depends on the subtrate, the printer, it's ink and the ICC profile applied.
Pantone colours are what you're looking for. And even then you'll only get accurate reproductions when printing on a finely calibrated printer on known stock.

Jason from Personal Poker Chips will be printing the labels.
I saw a thread with the values list and was just asking out of interest more than anything. My designs don't incorporate the actual chip colours as I feel if its not going to be a true match than don't include them.
