First i'm sorry i'm sure everyone asks this ? but what do you guys think vinyl or paper.Please let me know the pros and cons of each.Thank you and what a cool site, TheHawk

I'm able to carry several bags of groceries with vinyl, but paper does allow for more capacity in the bag. If you have the option get the paper bag inside the vinyl!






Ok, if they're cheap chips go with paper, especially if youo are going to trade up someday. if you plan on doing clays or keeping them go vinyl.

cheap
supposedly safer for printers

Paper Con:
water can affect
krylon spray is additional cost

Vinyl Pro:
thinner
doesn't mind water

Vinyl Con:
more expensive
stories of ruining laser printers

Go vinyl. I love mine. Thinking of getting some faux clays and labeling with vinyl labels.

I'm ordering some vinyl labels this week, I wanted a black label with white lettering. Anyone think the black will wear off?

Vinyl definitely. BUT, be SURE you get the right kind for the printer you use. Do not use inkjet labels in a laser printer. You will F it up bigtime.

this very well may be the problem I was talking about earlier. very old info.

The finished look and feel of vinyl is superior to paper. Vinyl is thinner than paper though and a little more fiddly to apply, but the results are worth it.

Thanks guys for the info. i'm not gonna print them mtself I'll have them made for me.So vinyl is worth twice the price, I don't mind paying the extra just wanted to hear that is was worth it. Thank You, TheHawk
