I bought some chips from discountcasinogear that have room for 1 1/4 inch labels. It also looks like there are multiple chip types out there that have room for this size. The only problem is that I can't find 1 1/4" labels anywhere! I want some blank labels on sheets that I can print on my own printer. PLEASE HELP!
Re: Where in the heck do people get 1 1/4" labels?
I used them for my chips, and while there is a bit of a difference, it's not particularly noticeable. In fact, given that there's a likelihood of having your printing not exactly centered, the extra room gives you a bit of space to slide the label ever-so-slightly off-center so the design looks more closely aligned with the chip. Obviously, you don't want to do this much (and if the printing's not pretty damn close to centered, I'd reject the label anyway), but as long as your label design fits well with the chip color (my chips were "deluxe" eight-stripe chips -- white base with colored stripes), you won't notice once the labels are in place.

get a micrometer and mic the diameter of the chip-
while we can cut labels for you- you MAY not be able to print onto cast vinyl wth your printer-
If you need precise images printed and cut send me an email.
You can also check with Hogwild also on this site.
While our product isnt cheap in comparison to paper labels- the quality is alot better .
If the dimensions are precisely 1.250 inches I have a company we do business with for their promo chips that I can order paper labels for you- I think they also offer other materials in addition to paper- have to check with them in the morning
