Hot stamp label?

Has anyone successfully simulated a hot stamp with a label?

Would this work?

Just an idea I had for labelling up my Cherries.....

I think you could do this by getting a clear label, and have gold colored lettering/picture.

Never tried it as I have purchased a hotstamped 25 cent from TR King

I believe there is another thread that said they were succesful in doing so.

Yep, I thought of that, but a clear label won't work for me because I need to cover up the cherry hot stamp.

I'll have a search for that other thread that was mentioned.
