I was experimenting with some labels I had leftover from the rippedsheets.com groupbuy that Jason (Cin0s) did last year for the horseheads. Those are very thin vinyl 7/8" labels and the work quite well. They are well below the surface of the chip and you really can't feel the hotstamp under it unless you really try to. They were not easily removed unless you used a knife.
I also tried printing out some different sized inlays on paper and then cutting them out and sticking them to the chips to see what size I prefer and found that 15/16" seems to be the optimal size. It leaves just a touch of space around the inlay in the recessed area but fills up the inlay area better than a 7/8" inlay does. Its only 1/16" difference but really does make a difference on the chip.

Chips: 13,234 | | | Re: Anyone successfully labelled Cherries? Yup, they should be in the mail as we speak! I was looking to see if anyone had that size available from stock, which I could print on our cool color laser here at work, but nothing decent is available. Jason's pricing is real good, so I can't wait for them to arrive.
Sorry, no pics, they were just blank stickers anyway and I removed them afterwards to see how hard it was to do.
