These were some chips I did for a bud of mine. I had a friend help me, and admitly they are more for fun than for style/playability/cool factor. Even though, he was so happy to get em. Originally the intent was to give everyone a set at the bachelor party, but we just gave them all to him. These were put on those cheap chips that come in the Texas Hold Em tin and I used onlinelabels waterproof laser 1" labels.


The color of the logo corresponds to the color of the chip, and they all kinda mean something to the groom in particular. We took a little jab with the green chip he's a cop now, but wants to be a teacher (and is marrying a teacher too)


anywho, maybe this will generate some disussion from you guys on future themes or ideas. I'm at that age where everyone seems to be getting married every friggin month.

A bit of trivia for you, although you probably know this already. That is how Home Poker Chips got started as the retail outlet for Chipco. They were selling custom Chipcos as “Wedding Chips” to commemorate the big day. I understand they still get inquiries about it, although they don't do the wedding chips anymore.

May be a new business opportunity there.

I'll leave that to the more than competent pros on this board...good gosh that's a lot of work just printing them!! If I didn't need them in a rush I woulda gotten Jason or someone to do it...kinda got the green light at the last minute. We were in vegas putting these labels on in the hotel room

that's pretty good chip trivia though! I wish poker was hot when I got married, I woulda done a backflip for some custom chips!

At my girlfriend's mom's wedding they had custom labeled dice style chips that they used for the open bar. They actually looked pretty nice but that was this past summer, before I got interested in chips.

man, I starting to think of tons of uses of a cheap labeled chip. drink tokens, send em out as invites to parties.

Jambine...that green chip was the big hit. everyone had a great laugh. That was really the point of it. the other idea was to get a hold of some of his worst pictures and make those the labels. bad 80's hair and bad pants
