where can i find simple black and white images similar to the grizzly bear on kgb chips?

Are you looking for anything in particular? Particular image, photo vs line drawing, etc. Google image search is pretty darn good. You can always try changing a colour image to b&w in photoshop (works pretty well).

Adobe has low res comp photos that you can download for free if you bought their software, which might serve your purposes as well.

If you give us an idea of what you are looking for someone here might be able to help you out.
