Hi,
Long time viewer, first time poster...LOL!!!

I am getting some Nexgen 8000's soon and wanted to put a new logo/label on them... I have labelled my suited composites but am looking for something new.

I was playing with "dapper dan's" PSD file and came up with this...

What are your thoughts?
And can someone help me mock up a few pics?
I don't know how to do that.

Also, I can't figure out what to do with the black chip(100)
I am getting red(5), green(25), black(100) and purple(500)

Any help is appreciated.

Any ideas on another type of logo are appreciated too... I am not very talented in that field.

I am using "APC" as the initials for "Auburndale Poker Club" any ideas are helpful.

Good, simple and solid, although obviously if you hadn't explained what the initials stood for, I wouldn't have a clue, but then I expect all your players will. I like em.

I gotta make a decision soon, my chips and labels will be here in a few days and my game is the first of the month...LOL!!!

I prefer the first version set... clean & simple. I think the gradient on the $100 should have a gray center to look more like the others. Also, the wrap on the $5 seems too dark maybe it could be the only one reversed (i.e. purple wrap with red (brighter than base if need be) dashes.

Are you printing them yourself?

The graphics seem real rough... what are program are you using (probably a saving issue)?

I am using Photosop... not to proficient with it...LOL!!!

I agree, I like the first one better, but I am not sure about just using the initials, or maybe it's the font.

I will have to play more I guess.

It took me about 5 hours to get the second one done...LOL!!!

How should I be saving the image to print?
I tried tif as I saw that said a lot here and the colors change...
THese are just jpg's to get online.
And yes, I am going to print them myself...LOL!!!

FILE > SAVE FOR WEB
Adjust size then choose either jpg or gif & no matte. With gif you can save w/ tranparency as I did above.

If you want PM your e-mail and I can send you the psd file I used for you mock ups. I just took you jpgs and made a selection (~800px circle) copied & pasted into the file with the mock chips and reduced to 14.5%.
