I haven't, but I know of a person who has and he was never able to get the things right, but he's also not terribly computer literate either. It's an expensive route to go, especially after you factor in the price of the ink that you'll end up using. And that is with the presumption that you don't run into some of the alignment issues associated with sheet feeding some inkjet printers.
Insofar as label products from online for use on chips, they're probably the most commonly used, though in more common use are the paper labels printed from laser printers. The laser would not be as susceptable to smearing as you might encounter from water soluble inks. I'm not sure if Jason (CinOs3) prints on the poly stock you might want to contact him and check (of course the cost of the labels would be considerably more, but they'll probably be worth it.)
Basically, the 1025 labels are fine and they'll work great on Nexgens, it is how they are printed that might be a question.
