Anyone heard from Jason in awhile?

I am looking to have some custom labels made and I contacted one of the members here (jason). He sent me a short email and a sample as requested. I have not heard back from him in a week or so and was wondering if I need to contact him again. I know he is busy and I am not in a huge rush. Just wanted to see what types of experiences everyone has had with him.

I've made a couple orders with him in the last month or so and couldn't be happier with the results. I always received prompt replies from him and very quick service. I haven't contacted him in the last week or so, though, so I don't know if he's around right now or not.

I am in the same boat with you, Scott. I have emailed him back a couple of times in case my junk mail filter ate his reply. No luck.

I read in another thread that he has medical emergencies once in a while. I hope all is well.

I contacted him yesterday and we sent about 10 emails back and forth regarding my label design. Nothing today though. I'm going to go to the website to officially purchase my labels.....I'm hoping that bumps me to the top of the priority list.

Well I cannot see what others have said because of this hunk of junk MAC computer I am forced to use at school occasionally, but I would have to say that you should send him an email if you are ready to order and if you don't hear from him after a few days send another email. He has not gotten some of my emails, no big deal really, because I know that he is busy. I am certain I would lose a couple from time to time as well if I had as many to reply to as he did!

He is the man to talk with though! I have always been pleased with labels he has done for me! He is also extremely speedy when it comes to printing labels!!
