That would be up to the person who does the labels. One of the reasons that I intentionally made the mockups relatively small was so that someone doesn't get some stupid idea to fully replicate the casino's inlay image for their chips, though they might want to do something of a similar design for their own labels. I know that Jason (CinOs3) did something with the Palms logo and adapted it as a background for his own design. I would highly suggest that you
not use a casino's exact or close to exact inlay image for your labels, regardless of your intentions as you never know when a poker buddy may have a lapse in judgement and try to pass one of those off in a casino.
And a real-life experience from the Dumb and Dumber set, aka "Darwin award candidates", a couple of bozos walked into a local poker chip store, said they were headed for Vegas, and asked for chips and labels that they could pass off in a casino
