At home chip labelling???

I have just recently purchased a set of 1000 poker chips. Pretty crappy ones. Ones that have the dice on the border. You all know what i am talking about. Anyway, after looking around this site i have thought about maybe trying to label some or even all of my chips. The only thing is i have absolutely no idea how to do it, not even where to start. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Re: At home chip labelling???

Re: At home chip labelling???

Has anyone heard from Jason (Cin03s) recently? He still hasn't sent me the labels I paid for and it's been over a month. I've sent him emails but he's ignoring them. Anyone have idea about his whereabouts? It sucks cause I got these blank ASM's that need labels!!

Don't have any concerns with Cinos3. Jason is a great guy. Make sure you are emailing jasone@verizon.net I know he sometimes has medical issues so give him a second. I'm sure he will get back to you.

I wrote a Photoshop article, it might help you out with that.

Re: At home chip labelling???

Yeah i read that and the other articles on labelling and i am still very much in the dark. I think i might just have to spend 10 hours in front of it and maybe it will slowly seep into my skin via the cancerous rays the computer gives out. Hopefully.

Re: At home chip labelling???

What is it exactly that you don't understand?
  • The use of a design application (program)?
  • The feasibility of applying labels?
  • Coming up with a design idea?
  • How to apply labels?
Some of these items are covered in the articles that are in the Articles section of this site. Use of the applications themselves would vary depending upon which application you're thinking of using, though some of the more sophisticated applications require a bit more of a learning curve due to their complexity and more powerful functionality (which may well exceed what you need for a label.)
