Some members have posted this already, and there are probably some who are aware of it yet. In the past, Onlinelabels.com (aka worldlabels.com, dba Consolidated Labels) has only sold labels in minimum quantities of 100 sheets (i.e. 6300 1" labels). It appears that online labels will now sell sheets of labels in any quantity that you desire. A person desiring to print up labels for 500 chips will no longer have to buy 6300 labels, only that quantity that will be needed, (plus a few extras for those misalignments).
Unfortunately, the downside is that quantities less than 100 sheets will cost it bit more, but it does lessen the bottom line financial outlay if you just need 20 or so sheets.
Online will now also do custom sized labels. Just as an example I got a quote for 1.1" labels (to fit Blue Chips) and it was $149.95 for 100 sheets, and a one-time $360 charge for the die. So the cost for the first 100 sheets would be in the neighborhood of $5.10 per sheet. (think I'll stick with 1" labels

)
