Hey guys. I am going to buy a set of Nexgens and label them myself.
I just wanted to know if you guys buy blank labels at online stores then print your own design on them at home or if you get the online stores to print out the labels then send them to you?
I dont have a laser printer of anything like that so i dont really think i could print them out myself.

Another thing is it better to get the vynal label? i guess it is. it makes it more beer resistant.
Please recommend a good website if you know it PM me or post it. Ofcourse im looking for the best quality and cheapes price

If you've never done this before, it will probably be much cheaper for you to find someone else to print them for you. Both Jason (CinOs3) and Lynbark (Lynbark Designs) here on this site seem to have good testimonials to their quality. If you don't have a laser printer, you really don't have any means of printing them; an inkjet doesn't work well in terms of paper alignment or ink durability. Personally I do prefer a vinyl or poly label for durability and ease of removal, but you'll want to get some samples of any that you may be considering to insure that they are what they say. Though I do find it a bit odd that the site that you mention charges $5 for a sample! That's a bit outrageous.

I do print my own, and I use vinyl/poly "weatherproof" labels from Consolidated Labels (onlinelabels.com).

yeah, unless you really really want to learn how to do it, i recommend going with one of the guys. the price is very reasonable, they'll do design for you and print beautiful, perfect labels. they're a valuable asset to chip chumps everywhere!

Good point Jojo. There is a learning curve to it, even if you're already experienced with computer graphics design. And if you're not, it's a huge challenge and long learning curve, and you can plan on paying a bit in dues with ruined or wasted labels as well before getting it down. So if it's a one-time expenditure, you're probably much better off getting them done for you.
