There can be some off centered printing that will occur; it's called creeping, and it is somewhat expected when printing to pre-cut labels on a printer. In many cases it may not be visible to the naked eye, and sometimes it is more noticable with particular designs, such as those featuring curved text. If it is way off and it bothers you, you should contact the vendor to see if they are willing to correct it (reprint the job). Personally I do get a little picky and have been known to tear the labels off of 200 chips because I didn't like the way the image was centered, but I do print my own labels and it's not that big of a hassle for me other than spraying the reprinted labels.
If it's of any consolation, the inlays on casino chips are often off-center (quite noticably). And if you get a chance to take a look at the Paulson chips from Trademark, you're likely to see quite a few of them that are a bit off centered and it can be more pronounced given the smaller size of the inlay.

The design is not centered in the label. Does this happen to all labels or did I just get unlucky?
My wife is not bothered by it at all even though it is drivng me crazy. The labels are exactly what I ordered and I am happy with the design, colors etc, it is just the off centered design that is killing me..
