Chips: 1,574 | | | Hotstamp Design Hey there. I have been working to create a custom hotstamp design and I would like some input on what I have done so far.
(Please pardon the cheesy unprofessional work that was done by me!)
I am toying with turning the Money Down over so all the text is legible from the same vantage point.
All thoughts and comments are welcome. |

Chips: 543 | | | I like it. I think turning over the money down would make it better though. |

Good job on wrapping the text. I liked your idea of a logo more similar to the GPT... and haven't you heard watermarks are in... so just for fun...

Chips: 1,574 | | | Wow Fins that looks pretty sweet.
I have decided to go with HS because I don't want to lose the feel of the chips I am buying. I am finally gonna go clay and I don't want to loose that feeling!!
I am actually gonna go cheap clay to start with. Bought 200 faux's, from Lumpy, and I am gonna get some Sopranos by the end of this month or next! Making the Sopranos a cash set 5¢ thru $25.
Thanks for offering up that cool design though!! Much Appreciated!!! |

Chips: 1,574 | | Anybody else have any comments or thoughts? I am still working with Bostonpokerchips to stamp some chips for me. This is what he came up with. Let me know what you think!!
This is what it will look like on the Sopranos I am going to get as a cash set!

Chips: 709 | | | Schweeet design Captn - understated and refined. Excellent work.
Looks good on both the faux clays and sopranos - I'd go with either of those choices you have in the pics above. Leave the text the way it is, you can't predict which way a chip is going to be laying in the stack, and the way it is you can follow the text around the chip without changing your visual perception of what's up and what's down as far as letter orientation goes.
BPT
By the way - I don't play in the garage, just the basement as you can see from my chips. I play in plenty of garages though, usually great games, and great times. |

Definitely prefer this design over the spade.

Chips: 1,574 | | | Thanks guys. I was really contemplating flipping over the text, now I don''t know. I have to see it to be sure.
Fins I wondered the same thing about the dollar sign, but I didn't want to cramp the top letter and leave the bottom with larger gaps...unless you meant equal distance from both sets of lettering....then I agree....if that is what you meant. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
