Nexgens and acrylic racks?

I getting ready to order some of the original Nexgens, with the edge spots and Las Vegas embedded on the inner edge. I will be storing them in acrylic racks. I am concerned that they might not fit very well. How consistent is there thickness, has anyone had any problems with theirs and the using an acrylic rack? I have had problems with 11.5gm Striped Dice slugged chips before with not fitting properly in the racks before.

My cheapie racks from 5-star fit rows of 20 Nexgens very nicely.

Yeah, I think it depends on the racks.

The generic racks from eBay or 5-Star are (in my experience) a little larger in capacity. I think Paulson & Chipco racks are tighter and may not hold 20 Nexgens.

The original 10-8000 and original 10-8100 chips should fit fine in 2 11/16" wide racks. The newer series 10-8002, including the duo color edgespot RPTs will work better in 2 3/4" wide racks (these are the ones that take 21 of some chips.
