I am currently committed to 1,000 of the American Beauties when they are finished and would like some advice as to how to split the set up. I have a tournament set of Paulson Trademarks, so my main interest in the AB’s, beyond their coolness factor, is to have a non-denominational set for cash games, while still having at least some quantity of each of the eight designs. The numbers reflected below also include 25 “spares” of each denomination, just in case I ever need them after they are no longer available.

Please let me know what you think of this setup:

125 - $0.05
225 - $0.10
225 - $0.25
125 - $1.00
125 - $5.00
75 - $25.00
50 - $100.00
50 - $500.00

Again, I know this may not be the most efficient setup, but I am willing to include more denominations than I need in order to ensure I have all eight of the chips in the set.

I've been trying to figure out what quantities of a chip set I want to get for a cash game myself, probably mostly for 5c/10c, 10c/20c, and 25c/50c games to have fun while drinking with friends

I was going to say that the 10 cent one might not be as useful, but I guess it would be for a 10c/20c game (never came to mind until I started to reply).

Of course, being nondenominational, you can change the values as needed. And I guess the same structure would scale fairly well as you go up in blind/ante values?

So yeah, nothing really helpful there, just some random comments
