Anyone know what kind of chips these are? These look like el cheapo plastico chips to me?

Those look like the "3 Spot Inserts / Value Embossed" chips available at Gamblers General Store (http://www.gamblersgeneralstore.com/)

They're selling them for $.45 each, but you might find better prices elsewhere. At $.45 per chip, I think you can get better chips than those.

I thought I had some samples of those, but can't seem to find them now. As I recall, they're not a horrible chip. They are a bit lightweight, though.

You are right. I was told that it was purchased at the gamblers store 5 years ago.

The seller mentioned that the reserve for the 600 was $25 and $50 for the 1000. If its $0.45 a piece, then it's not a bad deal if you can get it low.
