WSOP 2005 Chips

Well the WSOP started today ($500 casino employee tournament) and the first image is in of the chips!

i have a bad feeling about these. they look extremely like the WSOP Excallibur chips. notice the black chip in there now, most likely the $100. seems like they kept the BJ $25 chip from last year. i wonder if this means they are going to have an abundance of old chips from last year and if collectors can get their hands on them!

I'm going next Friday, WSOP Event #9 --

My quest is to win and swipe sample chips...

I'll probably be the only person playing that is just as interested in the chips as winning.

Thats the plan. I hope to swipe..er...collect souvenirs from some other tourneys.

What do you mean, "swipe." Not swipe, you paid for them, even tho it is only tournament fee.

we can see that they are using some of last year's chips. i wonder what they are using for a $5000 chip since the 100 is now black. also, take a look at those custom Copags!
