I believe it's arrived as in the Nile Clubs basically using the same theme as the Pharaoh's clubs which were the very first group buy on this site. OP is one of the very first members, a long time no see kind of member but I'm sure he checks in, and it's good to see a post with that ID, brings back old memories. So I believe he is saying that's when Ten Percenter can consider the Pharoah line as making it, because they are being blatantly copied on ceramic media.

Of course, as always I could be totally off base and full of crap.

imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...

when I perused the older threads (where this was previously recognized) the phrase that really stood out was, "more than a little inspired"

although I do think they reflect the pharoahs moreso than the egyptians...
