What have CT'rs "NOT DONE" to Chips?????

We have Cleaned / Oiled/De-Warped/Scraped/and about everything else to chips.

We have used Water/Soap/Oxi Clean/Dishwatsher Soap/Diamond Chip Cleaner/Roto Roter/Scrob Pads/Majic Eraser Pads/ and about everything else ya can think of to clean our chips.

We do agree however that Mineral Oil is the Best for after cleaning and putting that shine back in the chips.

But one thing we all agree on is that we needd more CHIP's so we can continue to do all we can to our chips........

Does it ever STOP???????

I don't think anyone ate one yet. Although there has been several 'chip cakes' for birthdays etc.

Re: What have CT'rs "NOT DONE" to Chips?????

Has anyone been buried with their chip collection?

I suspect the answer is yes.

I think I'll re-do my will, and tell my wife I want my $13 chips cremated with me.

I could be wrong, but I don't think any chips have been sent into outer space.

They were posted on CT years ago, and are in my profile photos. 13 is my lucky number; I've worn 13 on all my sports uniforms and race cars since I was a kid. Every street car I've ever owned has had a #13 pool ball for a shift knob.

My custom "Busted Flush" chipcos' denoms are 33-1/3 cents, $1, $2, $7, $13, $37.

The $1s are not used unless the game is $1/$2.

OTOH, my win rate goes up dramatically.

But since I also deal the games, I have to admit that game selection when we use these chips is important, because chopping pots for split games can be a bear.

Can't speak to outer space, but some of my chips have gone in the other direction aboard a submarine
