Hello all anyone have info on these chips..This is my first post and I'm looking to get a set from Spinettis.com I'm looking for poker chips with no edge spots and with the casino feel. Would these be a good choice? Here are some links...Feedback would be great!
I can only let you know from my experience with the Blue Chip James Bond chips (same mfg as Turf and Fan). Those chips had some quality control issues with the labeling. If they are corrected with the Turf Club or Fan, it seems like a great deal.
I must say that Spinetti's is a great company to buy from. I ordered the BC JB Chips from them and was able to return them back with no problem. They ship things immediately and have the best customer service I've ever seen. Talk to Mikko, he handles everything with the web business, he will take care of you.
At $0.55 a piece, these are a great deal if they have corrected the labeling issues.
I havn`t any samples of those chips handy but from what i see i really like the turf club over the fan of cards, very nice clean cut design the price is very good to.
The chips have great color and looked really good stacked. But there are some inlays that are slightly off and one chip had a scuff of sorts where the inlay met the outer ring of the edge
They dont shuffle as well as Paulsons, but I'm gonna give them some TLC and time and see if the loose up some.
I think they're a great chip for the price, though, dont get me wrong. I might pick up some if I the Pharaohs are gettin too much use
Order you a sample set from Spinettis, they ship fast, too
I like the star-like inlays on the Turf Clubs, and if ehanhan likes the feel of them, I would choose them. Another selling point was the almost .25 per chip difference in price...
