How are the JB 2005 Paulsons? My JB Blue Chip's Just Arrv.

I just received my shipment of James Bond (Blue Chip Co) and I am very bummed about the quality of the label. 90% of them are way off-centered and a bunch of them look oval in shape. The sharpness of the edges, edge spot, and overall feel are pretty good. In the pictures, the labels reach all the way to the edge. The labeling issue with these are going to cause me to return them tomorrow.

For those who have the JB 2005 Paulson's, how are the labeling on those? I realize that the label does not reach the edge, but are they at least centered and circle in shape?

I can get those for an additional $0.20 per chip ($0.99) and I am willing to pay to get a chip that wont make me go crazy whenever I look at them.

PS- What type of distribution should I get? I want 5's, 25's, 100's, 500's, and a few 1000's. We normally play tournament style.

Thanks for help and I should have listened to the post!!

YES, and YES. I only have samples, but every one is perfect.

Doesn't get any better than Paulson.

allow me to say ditto. the paulson's are a world apart from the blue chips. i don't think i'd buy the blue chip jb's for 15 cents each.

I answered your PM, but I will also say that Paulson chips completely blow the Blue Chips away. Order samples first if you are skeptical, but I am sure you will love them.

Thanks for all the feedback. I am returning them today. Spenittis had no problems with me returning them. They will just charge me the difference. Darn, now I gotta wait a few more days to get my Paulson JB.

Waiting for new chips makes 2-3 days seem like eternity!!

Price increase for Paulson JB's

Yikes!! It looks as though http://www.spinettis.com/shop/item.a...d=294&catid=30 has raised there price for Paulson JB's as of Friday afternoon to $1.50 per chip. The price as of Friday morning was $0.99.

I called them on Friday morning to say I was returning my JB Blue Chip's and they did not mention the price is going to increase and we agreed that they were going to charge me the difference between 0.75 (BC) and 0.99 (Paul) for each chip. I immediately sent my chips back this morning.

Am I screwed??

I will call them on Monday morning to confirm. What a bummer.
