Hey all chip fiends, I just wanted to start a new thread uncovering a lot of the retired casino chip sets that become available now for home poker games. While waiting impatiently for Paulson to show the Pharaoh's proofs I've just been going around ebay and the net looking at some of the various sets. Here's some I've come across. PLEASE ADD SOME OF YOUR OWN FINDS (not just single collectors chips, but sets)! Nice collection. I also wouldn't mind a set of the Dunes chips. Those are great.

I'm still kicking myself for not buying a set of Vineyard's back when they were around $500 for a set of 500. I was a mouseclick away and I backed out and went with the damn Las Vegas composites instead to save some cash. Turns out I got screwed on the price of those, found a site for chip freaks (TH-P cards, chips, and tables), became a complete chip freak, and now have a set of Paulson's.

Good idea for a thread, I was hoping it was going to be some direct-from-casino links though

On that note... if anyone here finds a casino that's closing and liquidating thier chips I say we get together a group buy with a trusted member designated to liquidate on ebay whatever the group members don't want. We might even be able to make some money after getting our sets for free

Hahaha, that is a good idea. Unfortunately with me being in CT I don't see Foxwoods or Mohegan closing anytime soon, so it is on you guys!
