Anyone know anything about these Sahara Casino Reno $1 Chip? Manufacturer? Worth $0.50 per chip? Real?

it says 8 grams on the weight, i cant imagine how light those would feel.

8g is about what blue chips are, IIRC. That's a coolass mold on the ones the OP is talking about though. That's better than any ASM or the current blue chip mold... Perhaps the horsehead is a better feeling mold but that one on the chips in question is unique and very cool looking.

They appear to be real.

Since they're .50 each, sounds like a decent deal to me. Buy 10-20 and see if you like them.

It looks as though it is a B.C. Wills & Co Chip. According to link in your post, the B.C. Wills Chips have 30 key stamps. The Sahara Casino Reno also has 30 stamps and it looks pretty much identical to the link. Not sure if I will make the purchase considering I have my Paulson JB's coming on Monday and I committed to buying 500 of the Pharaoh's when the arrive.
