STRALKA pokerchip manufacturer: Who knows these chips?

Felix just got a link to THIS company and THIS ebay auction and is wondering what chips these are. He has NEVER EVER heard of them and wonders about the price. Now he would like to know your opinion! What the heck are those chips? High priced faux faux clays? Overpriced ABS-chips? Felix is totally astounded why he has never heard of these chips.

EDIT: GPTrader wonders who might be interested in a sample set. They sell the set (8 chips) for 15 EUR (about 20 USD).

Surely Felix is also in for a sample set!
Also he will know friday, if he has enough time in the next weeks. If so, he could probably manage to order and distribute some samples. This sounds really interesting. But on the other hand Felix is quite sure, that he won't spend 1.29€ each for a set of solid chips that are neither fish nor fowl.
