Chips: 7 | | | Jackpot Casino coin inlay chip question I confess to owning some of these that I use for cash games.
Please - no jokes.
Anyways, I've been wanting to add some $5.00 chips to the set and NO ONE seems to have any. I've been to more than half a dozen on-line retailers and they are all out. Even the ebayers are out (yesterday one ebayer said he had 900 of them in the morning and by the time I asked for some in the afternoon he had sold out!) All the other denoms are in stock with no problem, but the fives are all gone.
Anyone know what gives? |

Chips: 2,956 | | | Re: Jackpot Casino coin inlay chip question Since we are confessing here... I must say that I have a set of about 3500 of these Jackpot Coin Inlay chips ranging from the .25 centers to 500's. They were my first "non-dice or bicycle" chips and I dig them! Lots of great games played with them.
I even have a couple of racks of the rare $50 denomed BLUE ones.
We don't use them much anymore (OK, at all) but I'm hanging onto them, because I have so dang many that if we ever do a "Casino Night" (which has been rumored) they would work great to supply several different types of gaming tables with plenty of chips, and I would not flip out if a few were missing (like I would with my ASM's) at the end of the night.
I wish I had some extra 5's for you... I could sell you about 20 of them, but that's about all I can spare without breaking up the racks. |

He is the guy with the money.
But I decided not to say this.... |

I just heard from the sales people at Discount Casino Gear. They said they think the $5.00 chip is being discontinued, but will be replaced with something similar "soon".
Discontinued? Have the Chinese been making it with lead or something? |

The $5 is red, and the $1 is a dark purple. They can look somewhat similar at a dimly lit table. |

By the way, I sent you a PM |

BTW while looking for how much they sell for, I noticed they now have a nice yellow $1000 chip, and a blue $5000 chip. Cool. I always liked those chips for "nice cheapies" to play with. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
