Chips: 102 | | | Re: Great Packaging From TheChipRoom I've had thousands of chips shipped to me from Thechiproom by Jim and have never had a problem. It must have happened during shipping. Probably rough handling.
He's is as good a packer as anyone I've ever dealt with. If I were ordering nitroglycerin I would want Jim to pack it.

Chips: 121 | | | Re: Great Packaging From TheChipRoom Well i've never bought anything from them so i have no basis is this arguement at all but i believe they totally sent them to you like that because in the long run it makes sense to ship things poorly to your customers..... lol
Years ago i went to a postal office on a school trip of some sort and I remember seeing a machine go haywire that smash gosh know's how many boxes and all the employee's had to put the packages together by hand. This was at a Canada Post sorting plant. It very possible your package for caught in a machine and opened so they had to reseal it. |

Chips: 48 | | | Re: Great Packaging From TheChipRoom Just another testimonial regarding Jims' excellent attention to quality packing & packaging of chips. Sorry to hear of your chips arrival in such a manner, definately agree that something dreadful happened to that package once it left Jims hands, as Jim takes every precaution packing and shipping his chips
Just curious, were these shipped UPS or Postal Service?? |

I cleaned 2 stacks of these tonight...definitely some good therapy to soften the blow.

He will take care of you.
